We partner with nearby universities to bring quality professional development to our teachers as well as providing opportunities for teacher leadership and growth within the profession.
Stanly County Schools provides a three-tier teacher supplement schedule based upon experience and degree level. Supplements range from $2070.00 - $2670 per year. Additionally, Coaches of Athletics are paid a stipend and all employees have a free membership to the YMCA. We have a signing bonus for newly hired math, science, and EC teachers.
