To earn your initial principal license in North Carolina, you’ll need to do a few things. These are the basic steps:
You’ll need a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. You’ll also need a valid professional educator’s license.
In North Carolina, you must have three or more years of teaching experience to become a principal.
